I just wanted to thank you for the earrings I purchased recently. I bought them for my daughter who apparently has very sensitive ears. She recently began to have trouble with the earrings she has had for some time, and we realized that it was an allergic reaction. Your titanium earrings have allowed her ears to heal.

Thank you for your quick response. It was the purple titanium stud earrings. The earrings and posts are ok. However, the butterfly backs were flattened, so it's just the backs that need to be replaced. Thank you for your dedication to customer service. Many businesses, especially larger ones, don't seem to be concerned about customer satisfaction anymore.
