Shipping Information We ship via the US Postal Service and now with a choice for US customers of First Class, Priority or Express Mail with free shipping on orders over $75 for the US and Canada. Orders are usually shipped the first business day after the order is placed. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, usually ship on the following Monday. We are a small boutique where most of our items are one of a kind creations. Since we don't have high volume sales, we don't have access to the special shipping rates available to large businesses. Rather than pricing items higher to cover the shipping costs, we try to keep our prices reasonable and affordable. We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee (see return policy) with full refund and no restocking fees.
